About the role

The Ranch Hand will assist in all aspects of work in the George’s cattle operation. This role will primarily focus on tractor and skidsteer operation, fence building/repair and land and facility maintenance. Supplementally, this role will assist with cattle care when needed from the cattle crew. This position will not have direct supervisory responsibility

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of work experience
• Hay production experience
• Fence building experience
• Basic welding
• Cattle care and handling experience
