Senior Sous Chef – Gorgeous Fine Dining Restaurant, London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a wonderful Restaurant in Central London. This is a Michelin Standard operation, t he ideal candidate will need to be therefore experienced with a high end & fine dining environment . Michelin star or Rosette background is a must to be considered for this role. The ideal Senior Sous Chef will be a well organised & strong person, able to develop new menus alongside the Head Chef & Executive. The Sous Chef will need to be able to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen. We are looking for someone on a Senior Level experienced within the role from at least 3 years - it is essential to be experienced with fresh & Seasonal produce.
