About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate bilingual ( English/Spanish ) Care Coordinator to join our 211 Help Me Grow team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping children and families access the services they need. The Care Coordinator, plays a crucial role in connecting families with the resources and support necessary for the positive growth and development of their children . This position responds to calls from parents, childcare providers, early educators, health professionals, and social service agencies about concerns related to child learning, developmental, emotional and/or behavioral issues with a special emphasis on those who speak Spanish
What you'll bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Special education / work experience in a related field may be substituted for a degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Suite
- ability to enter and retrieve information in databases
- Ability to establish professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Special Education, or related human services field or associate's degree in early child development from an accredited college or university preferred
