About the role
Well Care Health is looking for a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team and provide patients and families with the support and care they need during life’s most challenging moments.
What you'll bring
- Licensure / Certifications: Must have current Registered Nurse license in NC, NC drivers license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization, and a current American Heart Association CPR certification.
- Minimum of one years’ clinical experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
