Join our team as Behavioral Health Arrangement Float Direct Support! In this role, you will provide vital support to adults providing support to adults with clinically enhanced support needs, supported by ICST and BHA, or CLA. Flexibility is key as you'll float in your set schedule between locations to meet the evolving needs of our BHA programs. What you'll bring
- High School Diploma / GED
- Two years of personal/professional experience working directly with adults with co-occurring diagnoses (dual diagnosis of autism/intellectual disabilities and mental/behavioral health diagnoses).
- Working experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care and positive behavioral support approaches
- Must have a valid PA/NJ Driver’s License and 1 year of driving experience
