About Sosuite Inc Sosuite is a modern hospitality company reinventing the short, medium and long-term stay experience. We operate a growing portfolio of design-forward, tech-enabled properties across Philadelphia. About the role • You will lead our housekeeping team across multiple properties. You will make sure every unit is turned over on time, inspected, and guest-ready. You will coach and schedule a team of housekeepers, many of whom speak Spanish, so fluent Spanish and English are required. What you'll do • Lead, schedule, and assign daily housekeeping teams across properties • Inspect units to confirm they meet Sosuite cleanliness and presentation standards • Train new housekeepers on cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality expectations • Communicate clearly with team members in both English and Spanish • Coordinate same-day turnovers with the guest experience and operations teams • Track linen, supplies, and cleaning inventory, and place restock requests • Respond quickly to guest issues related to cleanliness • Report maintenance issues you find during inspections • Manage time and attendance, and cover shifts when the team is short • Step in and clean when needed Qualifications • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written • 2+ years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role • Experience in hotels, short-term rentals, or similar hospitality settings preferred • Strong eye for detail and high standards • Ability to manage a team, give direct feedback, and hold people accountable • Reliable and organized, with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced, deadline-driven turnovers • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, since our busiest days are guest turnover days • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and spend most of the day on your feet • Must have a smartphone and be able to download and use apps for scheduling, task tracking, clock-in, and team messaging • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new apps and systems Benefits • Accrued Paid Time Off and paid Sick Leave • Flexible Unpaid Time Off • 401k retirement plan available with employer matching • A team to help you grow professionally and personally • Quarterly team events • An annual free night at a Sosuite location #staycation • Overtime pay: 1.5x on Sosuite's observed holidays (New Years, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
What you'll bring
