About the role
The primary function of this position is for lays out, fits and welds fabricated components to assembly structures forms, such as machinery frames, tanks, and parts according to prints and knowledge of welding metallurgy. Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding, applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal shrinkage and welding techniques. May operate other equipment such as overhead crane, forklift, high lift, crane truck. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include all or some of the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Welding and fabrication of 316L SS tanks
What you'll bring
- Class 5 welding certification and at least five years of experience in welding and fabrication environment.
- Welding and fabrication of Tank building is a plus.
- TIG, MIG & Stick Welding skills preferred.
