Description
- Execute various sales projects including but not limited to: Event Invitations, Market Discovery, and strategic email/calling campaigns.
- Proactively contact existing and potential new customers using various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, video platforms.
- Develop and refine foundational sales skills by participating in ongoing sales training and practice sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication.
Job Requirements

- Team player capable of staying disciplined in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, delivering quality work under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Able to work at least 12 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong listening and communication skills- both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills- build trust and confidence among team.
- Represent CA’s core values- demonstrate integrity, ethical standards, and a professional demeanor.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Other Benefits
Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
