Description

  • Ability to be organized, with attention to detail
  • Ability to understand, learn, manage and maintain electronic physician contracts
  • Ability to build high-level metric tracking worksheets and manage data
  • Ability to competently articulate and communicate complex issues to upper-level management, colleagues, agencies and suppliers
  • Ability to perform and complete time sensitive tasks
  • Ability to conduct presentations to an audience
  • Manage and conduct constant updates for all Physician contract files utilizing an electronic physician Contract Management system
  • Ensure that monthly reports are completed on time as assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Ensure consistent communication with management, colleagues, and physicians when working on projects or physician contracts.

  • Interact in a positive and constructive manner
  • Prioritize and multitask
  • Must be within a reasonable commute distance from the Fountain Valley Shared Services campus for onsite meetings, training, classes, or events as directed.
  • Perform other duties and work tasks necessary and required for successful and efficient achievement of the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
  • Supports other HR/Recruiting projects, as needed or required.

Job Requirements

  • Must be skilled at managing data and developing reports.
  • Must be a strong communicator both in writing and verbal and possess advanced time management skills.
  • Strongly prefer 2 or more years of Legal, Contracting, Human Resources, or Health System experience in a para-professional support capacity.
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new applications, databases, filing systems, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with OneNote, LegalFiles, OnBase, Service-Now, PeopleSoft helpful.
  • Possesses a flexible, self-starting, service-oriented attitude.
  • Attention to detail, the ability to anticipate needs, and quick problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, paralegal certificate, or relevant work experience preferred.
