Description

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and HVAC system maintenance
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Ability to fabricate and weld as needed for repairs or improvements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
