Conduct daily safety meetings, Ensure all personnel complies with safe construction within powerline limits, Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations, Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE), Daily safety audits and inspections, Oversee all subcontractors and contractors, Inspect power tools and heavy equipment, Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation, Manager shall be at the job site full time whenever work is in progress during all shifts, Manager shall review JHA’s to verify that the work activity’s EHS issues and hazards are accurately identified, addressed, and communicated, Manager shall conduct EHS inspections a minimum of twice a shift to ensure that all machines, tools and equipment are in a safe operating condition, and that all work area are free of safety and environmental hazards. Take necessary and immediate corrective actions, where feasible, to eliminate all unsafe acts and/or conditions, Experience in the following areas: Construction: Heavy Highway Construction, Tunneling, Bridge Construction, Underground Utilities, ACOE
