Description

  • Supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
  • Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: Painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work, and general maintenance
  • Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests.
  • Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks.
  • Support on-call or emergency response situations.
  • Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls.
  • Comply with all safety procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
  • Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
  • Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Trade school education, union training, military service, or college preferred
  • Stationary Operating Engineer certificate/license is preferred
