Senior Field Project Controls Cost Role at project site near Newnan, GA. Performs cost analysis, forecasting, earned value management, change management, risk analysis, and field project assignments. Provides guidance to less experienced project controls personnel. Acts as lead person and lead facilitator of project forecasts. Leads project cost controls team to prepare baseline cost deliverables. Leads and analyzes monthly/quarterly reports. Leads quantity management reporting. Leads change management program. Applies key scheduling processes. Leads/directs PJC activities with subcontracted construction partners.

Experienced Cost Analyst with at least 5 years of cost forecasting experience. Required: Contingency Planning, Construction Management, Forecasts, Cost Analysis, Cost Controls. Education: Four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, preferred. Four-year Bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning and Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with eight years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office.
