Description

  • Work with Program Manager to recruit team including SMEs, Schedulers, and Technical Writers
  • Direct all activities required to set up the team for execution phase
  • Track status of all CD deliverables
  • Direct execution of all workflows to produce estimate, schedule, and supporting narrative on schedule
  • Work with Program Manager to resolve any issues preventing progress of work
  • Oversee compliance with CD requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Four-year degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience developing schedules for engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, project controls, proposal development, and /or project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years in technical writing experience.
  • Specific experience in cost narrative and basis of estimate development for DOE projects and proposals. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE οΏ½QοΏ½ security clearance.
