About the role
Responsibilities: • Assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development • Help with classroom organization and cleanliness • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff • Assist with meals, snacks, and toileting/diapering as needed • Encourage a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework a plus!) • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
