About the role

We are seeking a high energy, creative and passionate Substitute Program Teacher/Support to join us for our in-person services to meet the amazing mission of empowering the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position will adhere to and execute lesson plans assigned by the regular teacher and will also provide instructional support to teachers when necessary.

What you'll bring

• Must be able to stand 75% of the day.
• Experience with physical, emotional, cognitive and mental health challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relational skills to manage the multiple relationships within the program environment.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve effectively and manage the demands of a fastpaced, constantly changing environment.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license
