What You'll Do: • Lead children in large and small group settings. • Maintain a schedule and routine • Maintain a safe, loving, and clean environment • Communicate in person and via technology with families and coworkers • Work as a team creating lesson plans and activities using our age appropriate curriculum to have fun in the classroom while helping children meet their developmental milestones • Engage with the children while playing and exploring new activities-you get to have fun with the activities too!! • Play outdoors year round • Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties • Change diapers, assist with potty training, change potty accidents, depending on classroom. • Live out our Mission • A high quality child care center is so much more than finding someone to babysit your child.
