About the role
We are seeking Experienced Telecom Linemen to perform overhead and underground low-voltage telecommunications construction and maintenance, including fiber optic and copper cable systems.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to distinguish colors for cable identification and termination
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight, weekend, and extended assignments throughout Hawaii, the Pacific Basin, Alaska, and other U.S. locations as required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Lineman school certification
- 1–3 years of structured cabling or telecom construction experience
- Industry certifications (as applicable)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Knowledge of telecommunications and fiber optic installation practices preferred
