About the role
As a Financial Analyst , you will join our finance team and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will work closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on accounting records, help with financial reporting, bank transactions and continuous improvement of financial processes, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company. This is a fully onsite position , based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.
What you'll bring
- Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus.
