Job Description Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience supporting SharePoint migration or broader Microsoft 365 migration initiatives. • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, and related collaboration technologies. • Experience analyzing legacy collaboration platforms and planning content migration strategies. • Familiarity with migration tools, scripts, and automation approaches used in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 transformations. • Understanding of permissions, metadata, taxonomy, document management, and content lifecycle considerations. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
