STV is seeking a Civil Engineering Specialist to join our Buildings team in Philadelphia or Douglassville, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career civil engineer to contribute to a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, public-sector, educational, and transportation-related projects.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• 1–3 years of relevant civil engineering or land development experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
• Knowledge of site design, grading, utility layouts, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control principles.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting requirements and applicable engineering standards.
• Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
