What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business management, bookkeeping, or accounting.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team development.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service and proactively addressing client needs.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clients or managing multi-entity accounting structures.
- Experience mentoring or training junior staff, including offshore team members
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage Intacct.
