About the role

The Licensed Loan Advisor provides support to CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC’s (“CCM”) mortgage loan officers in their daily duties to increase loan production levels. The Licensed Loan Advisor works directly with CCM customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive customer experience and facilitate timely loan closings.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Previous sales support experience
• Salesforce experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in the languages of Spanish and English in order to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, of whom may speak only English or Spanish.
