About the role
WHAT’S THE JOB? The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day upkeep, repair, and appearance of a workforce accommodations facility. This role focuses on general maintenance activities rather than licensed trade work and plays a key part in keeping accommodations, common areas, and support buildings safe, functional, and presentable. The work may include repairs, painting, grounds maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and support to other maintenance and operations teams. Experience maintaining commercial kitchen equipment is considered a strong asset. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the General Maintenance Technician works hands‑on across the site to address maintenance needs promptly and professionally.
