• This position requires a combination of HRIS/Information Systems expertise, leadership experience, and advanced Workday technical knowledge.
• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in information services, Human Resource Administration (with an IS minor), or equivalent experience, along with at least three years of people management experience.
• Candidates must possess advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management skills, as well as strong Excel proficiency.
• Success in this role requires strong business analysis, problem-solving, project management, and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of improving processes and automating departmental functions.
• The individual must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, provide excellent customer service, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work additional hours when needed are essential.
