About the role

As the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Holley, you will drive process leadership and development, ensuring the success of the Project Management Office through strategic oversight, process optimization, and technology integration.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, including leadership roles
• Related Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP or ACP) from an accredited organization such as PMI is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on process leadership and development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cross-functional teamwork, stakeholder management, and presentation of project strategies and reports.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach, utilizing insights to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating high-level plans into actionable project plans and objectives.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis for project initiatives.
• Experience with document control processes, process mapping, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
