About the role

The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of electrical licensing compliance for Loenbro. This role coordinates with state and local electrical licensing boards, verifies licensing requirements, maintains licensing records, and partners with Master Electricians, field leadership, and HR to ensure our workforce meets regulatory and contractual obligations. This is a detail-oriented, compliance-focused position that supports safe, legal project delivery companywide. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

What you'll bring

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, compliance, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical licensing, credentialing, compliance, or administrative coordination
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing databases or tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with government agencies, internal stakeholders, and employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, and comfort working across field and office environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to occasionally travel to job sites or regulatory
• Prior experience working with state electrical boards, trade licensing, or construction compliance.
• Familiarity with electrical trade terminology and licensure types (Journeyman, Master Electrician, contractor registration).
• Experience coordinating continuing education tracking and renewal workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with field leadership and HR.
• construction or trades industry experience preferred.
