About the role
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative performance of electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role ensures projects are strategically planned, organized, and executed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing permits, schedules, buyouts, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and billing, as well as tracking subcontractor performance and material procurement. The Electrical Project Manager also leads project closeout activities, including preparation of O&M manuals, warranty documents, and ensuring all required spare parts are received. Additional duties may be assigned to support overall business operations and project success. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 10 years’ project controls/coordination experience with 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical project management
- Experience managing electrical projects of $12M or more
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, up to 5 at a time
- Experience managing projects with over 100 employees
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of the electrical industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly competent in MS Office suite and Accubid
