About the role
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced transformation leader to establish and lead a newly created AI & Process Transformation function within Information Security Services (ISS). Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this highly visible leader will partner with senior technology and business executives to modernize how ISS operates through process redesign, automation, and responsible AI adoption. Leading a small, high-impact team, the role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building support, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness. This is a transformation leadership role, not a cybersecurity practitioner position. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation, operating model design, process optimization, automation, and change leadership within large, complex, and regulated organizations.
