About the role

This role will specifically oversee operations for this location's evening shift (2nd shift) . Reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), this role provides oversight to a wide range of pharmacy staff, ensures accurate prescription processing, and upholds the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within the respective FuzeRx location.

What you'll bring

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD) in your state of residence.
• License in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2+ years of pharmacist experience
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to perform under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and open to innovation, workflow enhancements, and process improvements.
• The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
