About the role

We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key connection between our customers and sales team, delivering a seamless and positive experience from first contact through close. In this role, you’ll manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, schedule appointments, conduct follow-up calls, and support the sales process to drive customer satisfaction and results.

What you'll bring

• A high school diploma.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required.
• Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience is a bonus!).
• an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus!
• ideally in HVAC or a related field.
