About the role
We are seeking a Treasury Management Officer on behalf of our client, a well-established, privately held community bank. This role is built for a producer — someone who knows how to get in front of business owners, uncover cash management needs, and turn relationships into deposit growth and fee income.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of banking experience with a track record of production in treasury management sales, cash management, or commercial deposit relationship development
- Working knowledge of core treasury services — ACH, wires, online banking, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and related products
- Strong B2B relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- comfortable calling on business owners and C-suite decision-makers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital banking platforms
- Additional Details
- Experience leading or helping manage a treasury management function is a plus, but senior management experience is not required
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
