About the role

We are seeking experienced Pipe Foremen , Track Hoe Operators, Track Loader Operators, Pipelayers and Laborers to join our growing pipe crews based in Hagerstown, MD. Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience for the Pipe Foreman position.
• Applicants should possess knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety for the Pipe Foreman position.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating track loaders/track hoes.
• Strong knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety.
• Must be comfortable performing a variety of manual tasks for extended periods and sometimes in unfavorable weather conditions.
• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and movement of the whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.
• Ability to maintain all tools required for safe and effective track loader operation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug/alcohol test.
• Strong punctuality and dependability.
• Previous experience with backhoes and excavators is preferred.
