About the role

The Maintenance Technician works in all areas of apartment maintenance and is accountable for delivering well maintained units, common areas, building exteriors, grounds and timely repair or service requests.

• Under general direction the ability to plan and arrange work, referring only unusual cases to supervisor.
• Proficient in effectively planning time, method, manner, and/or sequence of performance of own work
• may also occasionally assist in the planning of work assignments performed by others.
• Able to work Monday through Friday with evening and weekend emergency on-call responsibility.
• Demonstrated commitment to life-long learning is strongly encouraged.
• Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience or related trade.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
