The Tool and Die Technician is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and repairing tooling, dies, jigs, and weld fixtures used in production operations. This role ensures all tooling supports safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes while maintaining tight tolerances and production uptime. What will your typical day look like?
What you'll bring
- What do we want to know about you?
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Technical associate’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong background in fixture design and welding applications.
- Proficient with manual and CNC machining equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
