About the role

Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles is a growing acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to adolescent and geriatric patients . As we continue expanding toward a 46-bed facility , we are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients. We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working a 12-hour shift with a 2/3 rotating schedule to join our clinical team. As part of our behavioral health team, employees may be assigned to work with either the Geriatric Unit or the Adolescent Unit based on patient care needs and staffing requirements. Employees are expected to provide safe, compassionate, and therapeutic care while maintaining a professional, patient-centered environment.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A current resume with complete work history required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• Experience working with geriatric psychiatric or behavioral health patients strongly preferred
