About the role
The Associate Chemist prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard analytical techniques according to approved scientific methodology in compliance with Eurofins Environment Testing Quality Assurance programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position can be physical job that may require standing for long periods, working with organic solvents, laboratory glassware and specialized equipment. Follow and learn appropriate protocols in one or more of the following disciplines. This role will focus on HRMS sample preparation. What you'll bring
- BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, Associate Degree, or 2 years of related laboratory experience in lieu of degree.
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions.
