About the role
Speedway Properties is looking for hardworking and service-oriented team members to join our Maintenance Team! As a Commercial Property Maintenance Specialist, you will work with a team that specializes in maintaining the quality of the buildings and grounds at Speedway Properties' commercial properties, which include nearly 6 million square feet of combined residential and commercial space in Lincoln, NE. This position is available at both entry-level (Specialist I) and experienced (Specialist II) levels. This role is required to work onsite.
