About the role
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the Cell Culture Media Product team and leadership team in planning, reporting and analyzing sales, orders and standard margin for the business.
What you'll bring
- This position reports to the Cell Culture Media Senior Director of Finance and is part of the CCM Finance team located in Marlborough, MA or Logan, UT and will be an on-site role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of five (5) years of financial work experience, including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business/finance reviews.
- Successfully drive cross-functional project improvements within broader business operations.
- Ability to work with big data and pull out the important facts, problems, trends, and present key findings.
- Experience working across multiple functions and regions.
- CPA, MBA, or MS in Operations management, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Ability to operate and navigate within a matrixed environment
- Strong influencing skills across business functions
- confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend positions.
