About the role
The Advanced Products and Solutions division of Raytheon is seeking an Engineer to work in a manufacturing engineering team supporting Electro-Optical/Infrared(EO/IR) products in a factory production environment on second shift. This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and operations assembly and test. The work assignment will be manufacturing support of the Multi-Spectral Targeting (MTS) system variants produced in the McKinney, TX Consolidated Manufacturing Center. This is a second shift role and standard workdays will be Monday through Friday. There will also be weekend work approximately one day a month required in support of a weekend rotation schedule.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or related engineering field (or 0 years and a Master’s degree in a related field)
