Seeking Geophysicist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as USACE.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Geophysicist) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region. Conduct geophysical surveys; analyze subsurface data; interpret geophysical information for environmental projects.  The geophysicist will be responsible for design, implementation, and management of all geophysical investigations required for the work effort.  This individual shall be the geophysicist-of-record.  This position will serve as the primary point-of-contact for technical coordination of project geophysical requirements.  The geophysicist should have experience in selecting the appropriate geophysical platform, sensor and navigational technologies, geophysical data collection and geophysics quality control programs, as well as the preparation of geophysical investigation plans and reports.
