About the role
As an Assistant Project Manager, Environmental Scientist or Geologist, you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
- 5+ years of environmental assessment/remediation experience.
- Experience performing and/or reviewing Phase I ESAs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of RCRA and CERCLA processes, including RI/FS, RD/RA, ROD, and LTM, with experience preparing and reviewing associated technical documentation.
- Experience supporting federal projects

- Current OSHA 40-hr.
- HAZWOPER training and certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project support tools, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and provide mentorship or technical guidance to junior staff.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
