About the role
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Dermatology to support the Southeast region that includes North Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and the Panhandle of Florida. This is a field-based position in the United States, with preference for the candidate to be near a major metropolitan market with easy access to a national airport. As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving healthcare innovation in the Southeast region of the United States, covering North Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and the Panhandle of Florida . This role will represent both the Tremfya and ICOTYDE Dermatology brands.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 7 years of related industry experience
- 2+ years of people management or project management experience
- Experience in managing and growing customer relationships
- Demonstrated track record of success and leadership
- Excellent communication and the ability to effectively convey insights & ideas
- Ability to analyze complex business situations and identify creative solutions
- Experience in vendor management
- This is a non-demand generating, field-based position.
- Up to 60% local/regional travel is required, including evening events, overnight stays, and weekend travel.
- Candidates should reside within the region and be located within a reasonable distance to a major airport.
