About the role

We’re looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who is career-minded, enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is ready to help lead a fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and fast, friendly customer experience.

What you'll bring

• We provide paid, hands-on training to teach the technical skills and service standards needed to succeed the Take 5 way.
• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service experience for every customer.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills and comfort providing direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Initiative, accountability, and follow-through on responsibilities.
• The ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
• The ability to meet applicable age and certification requirements, including Inspector Certification when required.
• Reliable transportation to and from your work location.
