The Hubspot Systems Administrator/ Engineer , Digital Operations, collaborates with development and operations teams to design and implement the scalable systems architectures that support Meow Wolf’s day-to-day. This role requires a strong technical background in scripting, API integrations, and troubleshooting to streamline internal workflows and improve data accessibility. They manage the full systems development lifecycle, from building custom tool functionality and user interfaces to maintaining security standards and documentation. This position is for a proactive engineer who excels at translating operational needs into reliable technical solutions and ensures the long-term health of our corporate ecosystem.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure systems architectures for digital products, including hands-on experience with administering an enterprise HubSpot environment (e.g., custom objects, automations, datasets, reporting, and platform configuration).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, Python, CSS) to optimize and automate system processes.
- 3+ years experience in building and maintaining integrations and automations utilizing APIs.
- Ability to develop and maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation, including naming conventions, property definitions, and maintenance logs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train users and support adoption of system best practices.
- Knowledge of system security best practices and ability to implement security measures.
- Skilled at managing your time and staying organized using work management tools (e.g., Asana) to plan, prioritize, and track tasks and projects.
