About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to support the operational functions of our Trust Administration team. This role is responsible for managing operational workflows, supporting trust account administration, processing account activity, and ensuring operational accuracy across fiduciary and investment accounts. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional internal and client service while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

What you'll bring

• Organized
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of operations experience within a wealth management, trust company, registered investment advisor (RIA), or broker/dealer environment.
• Understanding of securities processing and trust accounting.
• Local market experience preferred.
• CSOP, CTOP®, ATOP, or CTFA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
