About the role
This position will provide service in the West Valley (including Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Surprise, Litchfield Park and Goodyear). As a Home Health Admit RN , you’ll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. This role combines Start of Care (SOC), wound care , and infusion therapy responsibilities, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. You will:
What you'll bring
- This is a full time position with Saturdays and Sundays required!*
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Arizona
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Expert organizational and time management skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid AZ driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Minimum of 1 year Home Health preferred
- Wound care and/or infusion experience preferred
