About the role
This role is responsible for managing budget, schedule, scope, and quality on highly complex projects exceeding $200 million in construction value. The Project Manager will lead coordination with contractors, inspectors, schedulers, and stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery that meets our clients performance and sustainability goals, including Inflation Reduction Act mandates.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture required or a related field.
- Professional registration (PE, RA, or CCM) required.
- Extensive experience with federal projects
- Expertise in contract administration, scheduling, and risk/change management.
- Design-Build experienced required.
- preferably government-managed facilities or other public agencies.
