The Engineering Rapid Build Services (ERBS) department is seeking a Manufacturing Planner II to manage and lead the acquisition and manufacturing of Test Equipment.

• The Manufacturing Planner II will resolve test equipment and prototype manufacturing issues based on knowledge of the engineering design, need, and final intended application.
• This position includes generating and monitoring the progression of multiple requisitions through the procurement cycle, facilitating resolution of procurement issues, and ensuring items are delivered to meet customers’ schedules.
• The Manufacturing Planner II will utilize Engineering Manufacturing Management System (EMMS) to generate work orders, build/maintain indentured build of materials (IBOMS), generate material requisitions, and provide material/work order status to customers.
• This is an onsite position based in Tucson, Arizona.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant engineering experience interpreting engineering drawings related to electrical instrumentation, assemblies, cables, chassis, electro-mechanical assemblies
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering lab environment area
• Experience with material procurement
• US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
