About the role

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Project Manager to manage our projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and navigate the challenges of project management in a fast-paced environment. They will also be instrumental in identifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and promoting a culture of safety and quality in all aspects of project execution.

What you'll bring

• 5 + years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and knowledge of Primavera Scheduling.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Industry experience with focus on Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
