What you'll bring
- Advanced Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of Windows-based servers, workstations, and systems critical for retail operations.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP reporting and transactional applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis, Access for database management, Word for document creation, Outlook for email communications, and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Ability to analyze intricate technical information and system integrations to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
